I know quite a few Hispanics & none of them have left....it will be interesting to see if they do.
I can't see any reason legals would be moving out--will certainly cut down on job competition.

It's summer. Of course there's an enrollment drop in school. Besides, teachers in Arizona out did themselves this year. All the children passed their courses. There is no need for summer class remediation.
