I played with woodson last week at 87 degrees, cart path only, and thought I wouldn't make it. I can't handle the heat.

I am sure the humidity will match--one of the main reasons I moved out here 2 years ago--plus no mosquitios. Golfing today at 6:00 am done by 9:00. 90 here today humidity 11%. Got friends coming over at 3:30 for beers/cigars happy hour on our patio.

It was pushing 90 today and humid as a dog's nuts. (Deal with that analogy.....I don't even know what it means)

I still managed to scoot my fat ass around the course. Shot an 84 to boot! I carry my sticks, too!

I do have to admit I wanted to walk in on about the 14th hole. One of the guys had a big bag of jelly beans, and told me to eat a handfull, and it helped get the sugar level back in whack.

But you guys who take a CART, and are bitching about not being able to make it???????? Holy shit!

You should just park in the garage with the engine on!
