Never thought I could pull that off and so happy I did it.

Not sure I feel much better but all the coughing stopped. Huge plus!

Based on 2 packs a day I have saved over $3600 :scared Wonder whare it is

I gained 35 pounds but lost 16 of that in the last 4 weeks :)

My sense of smell has improved incredibly. I can smell a smoker from 20 feet away even if it's outside.

I'm around smokers all the time and still hold off.

This has been the hardest yet easiet thing I have ever accomplished.

Maybe I added some years to my life, I sure can use a few extra.

:toast:

ONE YEAR, BABY! :0074

:00hour Takes me back to Bear's episode when we said "We can do that"--took a bit longer but there just the same.

Would say your feat was harder than most--as lifestyle (vegas-poker-and 16 hours/7 days of babysitting for us would be a 9 on anxiety level for most.

I'm proud of ya Jack :0074

--next destination 20lbs loss each. :)
