My wife bought a 9 pound slab of pork spare ribs, so I'll try that Sunday. I haven't made my mind up for tomorrow and Monday yet. Any suggestions on preparation of this thing? I was going to check the forums later tonight or tomorrow.

Prob beef one day and seafood the other. I guess I'll go to samsclub and look around to see what looks good.

Going with jumbo shrimp and jumbo scallops for tomorrow and ribeyes for Monday.

Even on a diet, that goes well for the menu, but the beer doesn't :toast:
