Never thought I could pull that off and so happy I did it.

Not sure I feel much better but all the coughing stopped. Huge plus!

Based on 2 packs a day I have saved over $3600 :scared Wonder whare it is :shrug:

I gained 35 pounds but lost 16 of that in the last 4 weeks :)

My sense of smell has improved incredibly. I can smell a smoker from 20 feet away even if it's outside.

I'm around smokers all the time and still hold off.

This has been the hardest yet easiet thing I have ever accomplished.

Maybe I added some years to my life, I sure can use a few extra.

and two in times of war....
and even though he`s now obese,
he`ll smoke 2 packs no more....
