get your thyroid checked if you haven't done so lately..

simple blood test in your doc's office or at a lab..

men 50+ need their blood sampled at least twice a year..

keep your ass healthy..

and find some kind of work-out routine..

I do my blood yearly. Everything fine. Been telling them about the fatigue for 20 years and they never recommend anything, they just blow it off :shrug:

You're right about the work outs.
