Farve..still can't take anyone to the Super Bowl at this stage of his career..best shot came last year and we all know what happened..INT
horrible passes at critical times and limited in every facit in roll out and goal line positions
9 TD's and 13 INT's
team record 3-5 and in grave danger of missing the playoffs and starting over from scratch...AGAIN
sooner than later these #'s prove themselves out..

Farve was brought in to win a World Championship..the only friggin reason ..not to entertain Viking fans with stupid passes and then a few game saving passes...if that was what Viking fans wanted they could have left the job to Jackson or some other second tier QB.

Bring the W's..Bring the trophy..its all that matters after years and years of hearing about 4 loses in the Super Bowl..

Childress doesn't have a clue..need look no farther than his in game management skills and his ability to command the locker room..of which he has no skills at all..BELIEVE THE LOCKER ROOM HARMONY CRAP ALL YA'LL WANT TO..this team plays like a disfunctional dogs who follows the smell of the dumpster who at times finds the soup bone instead of the eggshells

3....this team has no business getting put to the test week in and week out..especially vs the Ariz. team with a nobody at QB...plus a defense ranked 27 in the league..

the remaining schedule below..last 2 games on the road...the next 6 are as critical as any in the teams history...at 4-8 on the road over the last 2 years under Childress and Farve road wins in the last 2 contest of the 2010 season are not a likely outcome..

evry nfl qb makes stupid passes Favres are just more scrutinized because its so easy to criticize him when looking for a scapegoat. The only advantage jackson gives them is his mobilityto maybe avoid a sack.Give favre a little time and you get what he did today 450 yards passing and a 101 passing rating. If childress is so clueless this team would have folded packed their bags and quit. I hate the vikings but give props when they are deserved.

At this stage in Favres career, I'd work the shit out of AP and set up the pass. It would only make Favre that much more effective. With AP back there Favre shouldnt have to sling it 40x a game. Just my opinion and .02:shrug:

So did 1-5 Cleveland. What's your point?

Fact is this was a lucky win for Minn not a good win.

When your coach has 1st and G twice in a game from inside the 5 and doesn't give Peterson the ball once in either series and you throw a pick and turn it over on downs then something is seriously wrong with your playcalling.

Just look at the 3 Minnesota wins this year.
Beat Detroit at home, beat Dallas at home, and now beat a Arizona team who lost 41-7 on the road to Atlanta, 41-10 to SD, and 22-10 at Seattle, with only road win at Stl.

If you think this win turns Minnesota around then you might be the only person dumber than Childress.

Well the INT on 2nd down one came before the 4 tries inside the 5 without AP touching the ball once so I doubt after the pick that #4 was going away from a AP handoff.
It was never called is my guess.
Childress game management and Favre's ego has destroyed this team.

Does anyone else see the one constant in Minny's problems? Childress has issues with Favre, then Childress has issues with Moss. Now Childress has issues with Harvin. Granted these are ego morons but still.

we will never be privy to that knowledge..but that is what Childress and the Viking Brass coveted to the point they dropped down on their knees for 2 straight years and BEGGED this DIVA to be their LEADER..

which demands when the time comes your head coach has to have the balls to make changes or demand his star makes the correct call and play...Sprint out right at the goal line on 3rd and goal... for a 41 year old w/bad wheels is not the friggin call.either by DIVA or by Chidress..

NFL is entertainment, period. End of the day Farvre is entertaining and the NFL would lose a lot of $$$$ when he's gone.

Love to watch him play, but they need to just not have his mic on after games...

I could care less what he says...

my point was made for me you can't say in the nfl a team should not struggle against another team because it happens all the time. To question my intelligence shows your ignorance. Listen to nfl analysts they must all be dumb because they think this will have an impact on the vikings. Look at their losses on the road jets, saints, patriots, packers all could have been wins. If you don't see their schedule what is coming up than you best better learn the game a little more. I stated their problems have been the play calling, playing scared, offensive line, defense. They had 4 sacks coming into todaylook what happened today 6 sacks different team. To come back from 14 down under 4 minutes to go is not a lucky win. The special teams cost them today by giving AZ 14 points. When you come back the way they did do not get the ball first in ot has nothing to do with luck.

looked to me like Harvin played his ass off maybe childress knows how to motivate a little more than you give him credit for. I guess Belicheck or brady had no problems with Moss. Right decision was made to get rid of the problem.

Sorry I was not questioning your intelligence and was not taking a shot at you. I respect everyones opinion. My opinion is this team is a trainwreck right now and that has not changed just because the worst pass defense in the league(Arizona) fell apart late.

Like you said poor playcalling, playing scared, poor O-Line, struggling defense, and now poor special teams just doesn't add up to many wins in my book.

ESPN still thinks the Cowboys will turn it around as well. They have to sell a guy like Favre or a team like Dallas because they put so much into them week in and week out.
ESPN always seems shocked when the Browns win instead of saying to themselves this might just be a decent team.

Try telling me they doesn't think that.
ESPN took the time to report Roy Williams said the Cowboys can run the table and not a single joke was made by ESPN guys who love to chime in with remarks to comments like that.

ESPN believes. I don't. Got GB tonight.

You guys forget how many games he has blown for them. They shouldn't be 3-5.

I didn't forget that I'm just saying his games are unbelievably entertaining and everyone watches. Betcha the ratings for Vikings games are highest in the league this year even thought they are 3-5 and that will continue.

Where it is real F ing COLD
Well this was a funny thread to stumble upon.

I didn't have too many up and downs yesterday. We watched the game in numbness. When the Vikings fucked up, my buddy would scream at the TV but I would just sit there and sip my beer.. Well guzzle it.. I am so numb to these assholes and have waisted too much time with these assholes..

As for the game.. Childress is a dumb fuck.. He has no clue.
Favre having a bad season but it is not all his fault. That Int at the goalline was not his fault he was hit when he threw.. The O - Line has not given him time.. Arizona dropped to prevent in the last 5 minutes and gave Favre time and he ate em up. They quit blitzing.

Chile is in this predicament because of his own doings. He traded up to get Jackson then he had to beg Favre to come in and get him out of a mess to save his job.. Now he is going to pay for sticking with Jackson.

Nice job not drafting a QB this year. FU Asss
