Well, I will start with a food forum but not today as I'm leaving here in about an hour. I will get it up tomorrow or next day.

What do I name it?

Roasted acorn squash soup. Slice and clean squash making what will look like several bowls. Add chopped shalots and onion to cavity in the squash. Roast until tender at 400.

In Dutch oven, render bacon. Then remove bacon and add onion garlic until caramelized. Deglaze with chick or veg stock. Scoop in the tender flesh of roasted squash shallots and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer until all ingredients are married, then pur?e with stick blender.
