These boys are great!

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
5 oz. jar dried beef
2 tbsp horseradish or more to taste
pepper
Milk

Soften cream cheese with a couple of tablespoons, or less, of milk. You want a thick paste. Stir in horseradish. Spread on dried beef slices, pepper it, and roll it up.

Cut into bite sized pieces and refrigerate for an hour or more.

This is exactly what I'm talking about and they do have it there, I'm sure. It's what they use to make Creamed Chipped Beef or shit on a shingle.

Above the Clouds....
because it tastes good

You know what I would try this with sandwich pepperoni.

I don't know if you can get it but the deli in a local market has it. It's the same a regular pepperoni but the slices are about the size of a slice of bread.

I think I'll try it this weekend!! :0008

After spreading the mixture on the dried beef slices, put a dill pickle in, pepper it and roll it. you won't be disappointed.
