I have seen some of the not so important resolutions posted today, but what are some things a year from now you would like to to be able to look back on and see you have accomplished. Thought it would be good to have something to look at a year from now and see if we have made progress in our lives. Just a few of mine.

In no particular order

1) Quit wasting time on sports I suck at and stick to bases.

2) Improve health (wieght/diet/exercise)

3) Begin my specialist degree

4) Increase charitable work.

5) Have zero credit card debt.

If I have attained these goals I will feel like I made some progress in my life :mj06: Good Luck

Awareness at age 33

My friend..Life and everything great about it will come your way.

This awareness will aide your more than any single other gift in your life..

Your family and friends are very fortunate.

Happy New Year..the best is yet to come..

one bit of advise..

Learn and begin to understand even more about needs and wants..

This will speed-up those other items on any checklist you make the rest of your life..

You give me way to much credit, but I am definitely trying. Thanks for the advice, and have a great New Years:toast:

1) Improve my health (have already started, have lost 18 pounds in 3 months and actually lost 3 of them over the holidays!) and quit smoking.

2) Restore my savings and credit card back to where they were before I went nine months out of work.

3) Reach out more to others.

young men in their 30's RARELY have checklist for improvement

and if they do they SELDOM follow up.

They have wives and or girlfriends they can't afford.

They have bad drinking habits that lead to a shorter life.

They have a tendency to overstate their golf game.

..and think way to much of themselves as movers and shakers among their peers.

Young men who check on their checklist seldom have the above listed setbacks to overcome.

Their awareness will not let it happen.
