Better prime-time matchup...more $$$ for the network
Maybe.

I think the times were already set, like they are already set for next week.

It doesn't matter, I was just wondering.

Good luck on your plays, fellas, unless it's KC :D

I don't know on a Saturday night

Remember the famous "no fumble" snow game where Brady and New England beat the Raiders? There is not one guy I know who wasn't home watching that game that night. I think most football fans find a way to stay home on Saturday night if there's a good game on. And if there's a party the guys put the game on and gather around.

So. Cal
has nothing to do with weather or location and everything to do with ratings

nbc gets the sat games

they get the shit game of the weekend with the least amount of national interest and put it on first....then they get the other conf marque matchup and put in on in prime time

I think that's definitely it....Jets have the #1 market in NY against the great Manning....Much more attractive than the Saints playing Seattle....
