My dad fought in Vietnam as a tank commander! He passed away this past Sept. I will miss pulling for Army with him this year.

Last week: 7-4 +6.2*
YTD: 68-59 +31.2*

Navy -120 ***

What was his rank? Mine fought at Guadalcanal and Okinawa with Marine Corps. My uncle in AF was shot down in Vietnam but rescued. I had orders for Vietnam but Nixon de escalated the war and I missed the free trip to SE Asia.

Hey Lowell! Man your dad and uncle saw some crazy action! I’m sure you’re proud of them as I am mine. Dad was a Corporal. I’m glad you didn’t have to go.

Have always pulled for Alabama. My son had a full ride there along with many others. Chose MIT. Hard to argue with that.He loves Boston. Where did your dad do basic? I was at Ft Jackson in 1971.

That was one brave man, we thank him for his service! We are so fortunate to have had and have (and hopefully remain) the top military in the world, it provides us freedom, liberty, and happiness, unrivaled. . Enjoy today, he's watching with you, probably with his tank and a cold beer, and probably trying to kick you in the ass for betting Navy! :box2:
