PHILADELPHIA (Luzardo) -140 over TAMPA BAY (Pepiot) ****************************************

Losses in the first two games of this series lowers

Tampa's record at home to 9-15 (-$1010) as they head

into tonight's finale. Jesus Luzardo has been sharp

in his first seven starts (1.94 ERA). He'll be facing

a Rays' club that averages a mere 3.0 runs per game

against left-handers. The Phillies are 8-2 in their

last 10 (+$470), and they're 18-9 against righties

as well (+$620). Very reasonable price on the hot

road team vs. Ryan Pepiot & the Rays.

Toronto at L.A. Angels (3) 6th, 7th, 8th

The Angels have lost 8 of their last 10 (-$515, averaging just 2.8 runs per game) and they were winless against the Blue Jays in head to head play last year (0-7, -$705). The AL East appears up for grabs, with Toronto just 2.5 games off the pace as they head into Anaheim. We’ll take a shot with Jose Berrios (+$385 overall, with a 1.50 ERA in his last two starts), and Chris Bassitt, who checks in with a 2.95 ERA in his seven outings. BEST BET: Berrios/Bassitt.
