Definitely not Underwood’s fault. Illinois just missing wide open shot after shot, from downtown to layups. Every ball rolled out for Illinois and UConn got lots of rolls. UConn was cold but should have been worse. 3 off the glass…

Spin it how you want, but in my opinion Illinois wins that game 8 out of 10 times, unfortunately for me, Jord and anyone that followed, not tonight
I never saw two teams hit three sides of the rim and miss the shot as often as these guys did tonight. I thought these rims were from a county fair midway......

I lost a big chunk last night. I regret flipping on Michigan. I dead ass watched that Illinois game again and have no regrets. Those in and outs for
Illinois and the banks and rolls for UConn were the legit difference. Some big missed calls early. Up 22-21, we missed a layup. Peja misses 2 free throws. Had a chance for some separation and would have loosened us up. We got plenty of good looks. Their non shooters hit shots.
I admit when I’m dead wrong, i don’t think so here. You lose a lot of games in this racket that are good plays. This was one for me. Sorry to those who tailed, genuinely. But i promise i lost more lol. These losses have happened on many football weeks, so i don’t sweat too hard. My big game record remains as the reason ive built a stomach for this.
