  • Good morning Jimbo,
No problem what so ever in regards to when you read or respond to messages. There sure was a lot of Breeders Cup Bombs this year and only depleated my bankroll slightly after 3 races wagered on. Have a great day at the Parx if you play. Off to work I go.

I had Tulane as one of my higher rated plays yesterday, and had several parlays tied to them and Tulane ML. almost a monster day. Sorry, just venting I guess!
Very cool, would love to visit West Point once in my life.

Anyway, yes good call sending a message...I've followed your plays for several years and thought I'd give a props to you this year. I don't post my plays in here, but as you can see I've been a long time member. Love the forum and input people provide.

Go Eagles!!! I think you're good. Donkey's are starting Oswieler today.......BOL sir
    Hi Jimbo,

Didn't see you message until this evening. You were very close with Habanero Gold, but ran out of real estate as Uncle Chub won under a hand ride. Too bad there aren't many all year long horse players in the forum. Only activity is with the Triple Crown. This maybe the year for a triple crown, American Pharoah won easily, but I will look elsewhere for better value. The 6th race on the same card as Habenero Gold produced a nice exacta. I felt a longshot was possible, just didn't have the right one. Maiden races are so unpredictable with numerous angles incorporated. Good racing luck to you. Always peeking in the forum when possible.
Hey bud, hope all is going well. Have not seen any spreadsheet picks and was wondering if you were gonna mess with the bowl games?? I remember you saying that you had a some success with the bowls in the past. I am usually about 50/50 on bowl games if lucky!! LOL Thanks, G.J
    Jimbo,
Handicapping question: How do you handicap a race with a trainer that has 2 entries(uncoupled) from different owners in the same race. Treat each horse independently and hope that there isn't any conspiracy to control the pace, assess the current form or go with the better jockey, ect... it was something that crossed my mind when I was looking at the workout race and noticed that they were on the same day. The horse with slower workout time won the race. Unfortunately, I left that horse out because it was a first timer. Your thought appreciated.

Great minds think alike! Already had 3 practice pars written down and still flip flopping back n forth on my big play?

I know you aint an NFL guy- but I love the Houston Texans this week for various reasons! I think their young QB in the comforts of Home which was his college home also. Will make him and his team shine after 2 very tough losses! They will make the Raiders look like they did a few weeks ago -vs- the Eagles.

    Thanks,
I bet through a local guy that I have been using for almost 10 years now. He is as solid as they come and I will have to see what sort of Parlay payouts he gives. I know that I stopped playing them when he dropped the 2 team from 2.5-1 odds - to 2.33-1. It was to hard to figure out! HAHA.

I always laugh and can relate to you when you talk about the NFL taking back your College profits!
Seems like each week I give a nice chunk back on Sunday!! But Like I said before- I am also very small peanuts and only bet on Football and Horses. Every now and then we will play horse shoes in the back yard for $20! LOL!

Thanks for your help- I really appreciate it and hope to run into you at the track someday!

I keep looking at your picks this week and trying to decide which one I will make my big play- Probably either Auburn, Pitt, or Cincy? I am afraid to bet against Lousiville. Sometime those big chalk games kill me!!

Good Luck- you do well and that means I will too!!!
Hey jumbo. I am messing around with this personal message stuff with my dumb smart phone. Will try again when I get to home computer. I'm all ears n love a good plan! Thanks
Jimbo, Good luck with this week's SS. Didn't want to bump your post to the top, so I thought I send you a message. The Cinn line went to +1 which is good in our favor excluding so recent injuries or circumstances.
