  thanks for heads up. i was shocked (overwhelmed a lil) by flood of email quotes i got and people hitting up my phone over trying to get my business. considering sooo many people apparently out there ready to 'help' me, you'd figure that would raise the level of service to be beyond sleazy folks like you mention, yet, they're still out there - and are everywhere. thanks for the follow-up and heads up
