I know where you are going, but it's not likely to happen. He makes waay too much money. They can't cut him, no one would take his contract. They need to get someone who can make him work, whether a new OC, QB coach, or even Head Coach. Don't ask me what they should do, but it's a money deal and he is there for a while. IMO.
