We are in a drought in Colorado, snow fall down 60% YTD. We had 3 snow falls of significance. I watered trees and bushes all winter to keep them alive.

From the Rockies to the west is in for hard times water-wise this year.
You bet, My trip to S FL is ending Sunday . I will continue with the watering until we get precipitation. Irrigation was turned on to trees, bushes, Kentucky blue grass. I have 2 acres of Native grass, which turns to dirt if you do not water. Basin aquifers are dependent on rain & snow underground sources. I have 2 stand tripods sprinklers that keeps enough moisture to stay green. If I get lazy the grass dries up and dies.....

I've lived in Canada for 57 years and still can't handle anything. Come one, come all!

We've had flurries up here all across this ice world, this April. Trying to be patient until the machine stops.

Moved to North Dakota from Colorado in July to be near my kids and grandkids after my wife died and this weahter up here is hard to deal with--cold and windy all the time
Hey, you have July 23rd to look forward to. Or, as they call it in North Dakota, "summer."

Welcome back, hawkeye! Good to see you.
