    How to make the RL-1

    If you want to play the RL-1 and your bookie doesn't have it, here is a method to make your own. Even if your bookie does have it you might be able to make a better line. Baltimore -1 at pinnacle is -111 while this method gets you -109. I use method #2 http://tinyurl.com/89vvsgb
