    Windows Media problem....help please

    Is there some easy fix to get a computer to play youtube, videos, etc.? My son says he was asked to set Windows media to watch something, and it changed other things that make nothing play. Not a virus or anything, acts like it goes into video, then just see the hourglass spin. Can anyone help...

    Google question- get redirected when clicking on a subject-Help me stop it!

    When we google something on 1 of our computers and topics come up, when you click on topic, it "redirects" to a different website. One is "get answers fast" and topics not related. What is this and how can I stop it? TIA, YTB whoever helps. :0008
