    'Neither' is not an option. I'd take Mariota. I don't think Winston will get any better. Terrible character, will most likely get paid and then struggle and not care about improving. Mariota not as ready for NFL "now", but will more likely improve with time.

    The NFL needs a promotion/relegation system.

    Raiders and Jaguars do not deserve to compete in this league. I'm sure there are some arena league or CFL cities that can field and support a better team. There needs to be consequences for being this miserable.
