    great book about vegas

    ''THE MONEY AND THE POWER" written by sally denton and roger morris. it is about vegas from 1947 until 2000. i have never been there but found this book hard to put down. got it at my local library. if you are interested in history and gambling, i highly recommend it.

    as far as i can tell miami players have been paid about 45,000 per point scored. they may hit 75 before the game is over but then again they may hit 60. this ugly game has to be a reason to watch the amc network.
