Is weather (in particular wind) a factor for Ravens and Steelers game tomorrow?
I am 40 minutes from Ravens stadium. Lots of wind here today into tonight--gusts to 30+ and wind chill in teens by game time. Always hesitate to put too much emphasis on weather for capping.
