We use to be able to turn html on or off but that's bad practice as people can then run code on your site. Now they only allow "their code" by using the buttons which is much safer. 3rd party cookies are just another headache for all of us to deal with. But... I believe the issue here is...- JOSHNAUDI

Looks like the normal youtube share includes the 3rd party cookie requests. When embedding you can click the Enable Privacy Enhanced Mode that supposedly removes them and then you can embed it without cookies <iframe width="560" height="315"...- JOSHNAUDI
