    yup, chicken, eggs, shredded parm cheese and spices....you bake it for about 20 minutes and while it does you make a simple alfredo sauce and pour it over it after it cools, bake it again topped with bacon or mozzarella cheese and voila, a no carb DELICIOUS pizza
