    on fri my wife got a call from my urologist with the results of my biopsy.. ihave prostate cancer ! spent the weekend doing research and talking to people who have undergone treatment.. not nice.     any one ever had a prostate biopsy ?

    had one today . HOLLY SH@T. the most painfull experience in my life !! had a vasectomy years ago, was not numb when they started to cut ! would take that anyday compared to what i went through today !!in the year 2008, would you not think there must be a more comfortable way ? i spent 35 years...

    grilling a steak this week ??

    no matter what kind, put it in a plastic bag with a can of beer for 3 hours ! am sure y,all have some beer in the house ! got that tip on food channel years ago.. add garlic, worstichire or whatever, the beer makes it cuttable with a fork....
