    Fastest way to speed up computer???

    The computer my kids use is really slowing down. I've deleted the temporary internet files. What's my next step? I remember someone recommending CC Cleaner...should I give that a shot? When I went to run it I thought it said it would delete files...is that ok? Thanks for any help.
