    Help on taking advantage of lines!!

    Here in Toronto, there is a lottery which has some college games on point-spread that you can parlay together.....they put out some lines that are sometimes 2-3 points off the vegas line.....i was thinking mabey i could take advantage of the lines and put a three or four team parlay...
