    Question for you health nuts

    if theres anyone on this site who doesnt sit around drinking beer and watching sports all day and night (like me) maybe you can help... i work out 3 to 4 times a week.. usually 30minutes of cardio followed by about an hour of weight training.. i also try to eat right.. no im not perfect...
