    Is 20% blood/alcohol level a lot??

    I know it is legally drunk but I dont really drink a lot so I have nothing to compare it to and I saw a news item on someone with a blood alcohol level of 20% and was wondering how drunk that would be for a person.... Would they be able to walk?
