    There are All Gender restrooms at MCI. It's a fact. They probably have to offer gender specific for those not mentally strong enough to handle the one I saw/used.

    Why would I look for "All Gender" restrooms? I landed there, needed to use a restroom, and that's what was in front of me. I'm sure they have a variety but this is all I saw in between me and the exit. As far as I could tell, there was no raping going on.

    I use the Men's Room. Hope that helps. You and OldManFarts should probably avoid the Kansas City Airport (MCI). The restrooms there are "All Gender".
