    It will take a long time, but he'll get paid. As for doing it "that way the next time", now that he's gone public, I am pretty sure he'll be banned from any Caesars property anywhere in the world for life. Yep, he won't be getting a loyalty rewards card from Caesars any time soon.:)

    Caesars try to pull this shit in that case in Windsor I mentioned above, it didn't go so well for them. They also said that in that case in Michigan and they had to eventually pay up.

    It is very simple, if Caesars has it in writing (and filed with authorities, Regulatory Commission, State, Province, etc, etc) that he is not allowed to wager on Sports then Caesars is in the right and he gets nothing. If not, then he'll be paid and Caesars will pay a fine for fucking over this...
