    Taxes-Gambling losses

    My wife got a W-2g for winning $4000 on a slot in Vegas this fall. So I am going to need to claim some losses to counter balance it. Is there any proof/paperwork you need to claim it (losses)? Espeically if you get audited. Or should I just forget it? Thanks in advance
