it depends on one`s p.o.v?..flacco`s survived 3 or 4 years with some of thee worst surrounding skill position talent in nfl history.....other teams` castoffs...career back-ups....and when this franchise dipped early in the draft for skill position talent(which it rarely does),it`s failed...- gardenweasel
