    We had a birthday dinner at Red Square.... I had a great meal....the lamb, huge portion and well worth it.... My wife got the scallops....there were 3....on a bed of risotto....it was like 60 bucks.... So I'd say it was hit or miss there.... I just checked Groupon and they have one for 69...
