    Here's what I show, and mind you, a couple of games the lines bounced around and came into play: (Penn State & Idaho come to mind...) Anyhow, I went with the opening line when in question... DOGS 22-11 so FAVS are 11-22 OVER 13-20 so Under is 20-13 Food for thought... 15 DOGS won outright...
