    Arkansas +17.5 L Seems to me this should be a bigger line. Razorbacks coming off of a 3-9 SU year (4-8 ATS) while the Tigers were 12-2 straight up and against the spread in 2013. Opening line in this one was 21 or 21.5, and now is 17. I'm going with a gut play here.
