    im normally a big fan of boston college. but this is their worst team in the last few years. the acc is just so 'down' that they might be able to make some noise with a subpar (by bc standards) eagle team this year.

    no. i didnt like it when kansas pushed that late 1h TD across. thought that was gonna deflate baylor. even if the bears cover the 2h, i didnt feel like it was the right play given the way the late 1h played out.

    if the 2nd half total is 23 or less, going to play the 2nd half over fairly strong. that will be the lone mac play for the afternoon unless something pops up for akron/miami. but there have been plenty of points left on the field in this emu/toledo game.

    i hate to say it but i really like baylor in the 2nd half. kansas needs to prove they can close a game out. gotta think baylor will be -3 for the 2h and it can fall in that window for a 2h cover, but SU kansas win. but bears have to be the way to go for the final 30:00

    the only reason toledo is in this game is because emu is, well .... emu. 2 short field goals, and then stuffed 3 straight times inside the 2. could easily be 17-0 or 21-0. instead, toledo getting the ball back down just 6-0.

    nothing personal at all. just as easily could have been a TD+ win for texas. you dont cover many games against top 5 teams when you average 1.6 yards per rush. weird game. nebraska could have won outright just as easily as they could have lost the cover.
