    Pacer, ML ties are a push. Puck lines, the favorite would need to cover the number similiar to a football line. If you have the leafs -1/2 and the game ends in a 2-2 tie, you would loose, as the other team's score would be 2.5 to your Leafs 2 Hope that clears things up for you
