    Bally's, Flamingo are also good Hotels for the price IMO, center strip and cheaper than all their neighbors....you don't spend much time in your room so keep that in mind....Planet Hollywood is an excellent choice as well, but everything inside (dining/tables/shopping) will be a little more...
