    PSU 3 starting LBs out

    FYI - per a Michigan board I belong to. Deveon Smith prop jumped from 47.5 yards to 54.5. UM should assert the run on PSU. Deveon has been lightly used through the first three games. Expect to see a different approach in this one. Good luck today!
