    icing a kicker

    I've always related this to golf For me, if I get a chance to hit a shot/putt and it comes up short, long, left, right etc. I pull out a 2nd ball and it's ALWAYS a better result. Same deal with kickers. It allows them to get a feel for the wind and the angle of the kick.
