    I think people make that chit up. I did feel a 'twinge' in my right ankle and gently walked on it late yesterday afternoon before reading this thread///deja vue///. Worked it out today...winters are mild here in The Keys. I've always recovered & others have had more severe injuries than me...

    Where do I start and which injury was the worst? I could write a book...:142smilie Age 4...late 50's at a summer playground basically in our backyard (supposed to be 5 to attend), I get dinged in the forehead walking through a horse shoe game! Ringer! Big old heavy Clydesdale style shoes...

    Never met Lee Roy. Did meet Dewey in Norman,OK., did a little business with the family. He did a radio commercial (by phone), no charge...we were helping each other. Gave me an autograghed OU poster of the 3 brothers, the one year they played at OU in the early 70's. Too bad the ex trashed...

    Community contacts, sold a business there, ties with Whichita Baseball...mind wondered...these were the contacts I meant. There was a guy on here a few years ago from Wichita, played bases and had the Whicita Shockers Logo as an avatar...me thinks.
