    pirate: youre right, fsu/umass would definitely qualify as a potential over play. fsu and umass wouldnt be two teams that i immediately think of as 'over' teams, but thats why this kind of non-conf over spot has been effective -- even the better defensive teams dont really bring their intensity...

    good point. he's obviously always been a good coach, but i think he deserves even more credit now for what hes doing at wazzou. for wsu to be competing in the pac10 despite being overmatched athletically says a lot about his system and coaching ability.
