    I hate them, got the new box. It didn't work, I think they package those things up and remanufacture them to look new. Funny thing was we had an installer come in and go through three new boxes (all packaged new) and finally he found a working unit on the fourth one. I hope the company goes up...

    Hate them, hate them, hate them. Their customer service is terrible, my service has been terrible the past few months. The internet works fine, but the TV picture has been grainy. What do they do to fix it? Nothing. Disconnecting today, will go back to Direct TV. kneifl
