EDMONTON -.5 (-120)
The Oilers will definitely come out bubbling in this one. Laraque and Smyth, two emotional players are back after inuries and will be a plus on Edmonton's side. If they can come up in front in the 1st period, the play will be looking pretty good. The Ducks are playing well. I hate taking against a team that does not show any signs of defeat. Perhaps history between these two teams is the only weakness but in my book that does not count for much. Salo will have to play at his level.

Tough way to start off the last stretch!

San Jose looks good so far, Phoenix just tied it up in LA by a goal from Abid (when he scored the Coyotes are unbeaten) and Edmonton just tied it up also against the Ducks. Hopefully the West Coast games will even out the night!

Ending up $5 for the day if LA scores another and we lost both bcoz of the bigger play on the miami/portland second half over

There are some nights where the craziest things happen... Perhaps one of them will be the Coyotes holding off the Kings to no goals in the final two periods!!! I wouldn't bet on it but...

I was scared about that All-Star rust teams usually have in the 1st period.

Oilers just came through for me so that nullifies one of those losses earlier tonight... hopefully will have more wins coming!
