Melbourne are the worst side in the competition and despite putting up a spirited 30pt loss to the reigning champs last week.......they will go down once again by 30+ this week.

Hmmmm.......what to do....what to do.

Was determined to play Sydney at the line but with the close recent history between these two teams it's very funkin difficult to lay 24.5pts start to the Eagles!
Sydney do only what they need to to win so hard to see a high scoring affair. Mind you the Eagles sure look on the decline this season and do have some injury concerns which will compound the evening. Can't see how they can win......but just how close can they hang??

Sydney to win Over 15.5pts versus West Coast Eagles @ $1.60

Feel better taking them on the tri-bet over....


Other play is...

Brisbane +14.4 versus Port Adelaide
Brisbane go alright over @ AAMI stadium and are, on form, the better team. Port could well be down after last weeks torrid bash-a-thon. They are probably due for a win but the Lions can keep this close.....and possibly even trip over the line.

A good side would have put Melbourne to the sword by 100. My rabble of a club could only manage a 48pt win
It was quite painful to go and watch!!


......Anyway, onto tonights games. Sydney odds still dropping with more Eagles withdrawals. Could only get $1.42 on the ov 15.5

Did get an extra point with Brisbane +15.5 though.

The Eagles are a shadow of their former selves and Sydney stick it to 'em.

Port jumped Brisbane early and led by 47pts mid game. The Lions staged a remarkable comeback to over-run them and win outright!! :mj07:
