Going against a successful long term angle here but getting a hot Toronto team on National television that clearly has this game in their sights is just too juicy to pass up. Good luck.

Toronto +1/2 -120 over MONTREAL 400/333

Nick,

If Kidd is in goal for the Leafs I will add a few more units. Julien is a super coach! This guy won a Memorial Cup with Hull in junior. Won a silver medal for Team Canada at the World Juniors and had the best team in the AHL with Hamilton. He has been a winner everywhere. Add in the fact the vets had all given up on Therien and I have been told this by a few players, the vets will no doubt gear it up even more. Just a few thoughts that might interest you. GL

I don't understand why you would lay juice on the puckline on a DOG if you think they would win outright. You don't lose money if the game ends in a tie.

But anyways, good luck tonite, Nick. :D

ND,

I have read about Julien and I am sure he will be fine, but I think his talent is overmatched here. Besides, I am just saying that the Leafs will win tonight. This is no comment on Julien's long term prospects.

ddubs,

Basically it is simply playing the percentages. When I made the play overnight, it was either PK +125 or +1/2 -120. I felt in this situation that getting a half puck on the road was the better value.

Sorry about the double post. hit the back button a few too many times.

Cooz,

Yeah, obviously if I had it to do over again I would have waited until now to bet this game. I thought I may not be able to get online this afternoon, though, so I bet it overnight. Hell's bells.
