YTD 21-13-1

I have been waiting all week for this game. SJ hosts Pitt.
SJ has not played since Sat. night. Ron Wilson has had 5 days to implement his system since taking over. After their loss last Sat. night you could feel that the next 5 days were going to be Wilson's way of putting his stamp on the team. SJ lost in Pitt. on Nov.23 4-1 and it could have been alot of worse. Now Pitt. comes into town after a loss 2 nights ago in Toronto. I look for a big game from SJ. This is one of my biggest plays of the year so far.

Playing:

SJ - PK.(-185)

GLTA!

On the Sens front. Alfredsson returns to the line-up tonight. Lalime is the starter in nets tonight. Since the Sens lost 7- 1 in Boston a few weeks they have lost only once their last 14 and I know the boys have been talking about how they want to come out hard for this game against Boston since they were manhandled the last time they faced each other. Would not surprise me to see the Sens play their best game of the year tonight. It is a no play for me as SJ is a much bigger play for me.

I hate laying chalk, but this is a great spot for SJ like all you guys said.

BTW, Pitt is 0-8-1 last 3 year when they have to play 2 or more west coast teams on a road trip. For some reason, they just don't like to travel out west.

Good luck, HORNS.

Sam,

I look at it in a different way. I think Ott. wins straight up but in hockey this year there are too many what ifs? So what if I take the game at a PK. and they tie, it ends up being a push. I call it covering all the angles if you can get the +.5. I guess we will agree to disagree.
