going against the grain here.taking a big shot with the worst team in the game the rockies.13-28 and 3-17 on the road.they have not won 2 in a row on the road this season ,they won yesterday in pittsburgh.rockie pitcher shawn chacon 1-3 with a nice 3.16 era has pitched decent for a bad team.42 innings pitched only 34 hits allowed.on the road he has a 2.70 era and the opposition is batting .232 against him.leftys batting .231 and righys batting .250.he throws 4 pitches,fastball is getting up to 94 and he has a solid cutter for leftys.
brewer pitcher lefty chris capuano is tough 3-3 with a 3.53 era,but the one thing i like is that the rockies are batting .284 against leftys this season while the brewers are batting .255 against rightys.
plus the brewers are nothing to write home about.
rockies should be a live dog tonight.

Beleive it or not I like this too! I see value here as Mil bullpen had alot of work yesterday and their closer Turnbow had 40 pitches. I don't see him as being available today. Only problem is that Col is 3-17 on the road. But they can hit! It's woth a shot.

what the heck,i give them a shot tonight,they hit leftys well,plus the brewers lost a winable game yesterday up 5-2 going to the bottom of the 9th and losing it in extras.might feel a little dejected today,that was a bad loss.
